Refund policy
We do not offer returns/refunds on order received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order delayed / lost during delivery
If you selected and shipping option with tracking and believe that your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at callistartlab@gmail.com or @callistartlab on Instagram so that we can investigate with the associated shipping provider. If the package is lost, we will issue a refund after said investigation.
Please note that if you choose a shipping option without tracking, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. As these shipments cannot be traced or insured, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for any items that go missing.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
