How long does it take to make my order?

For orders with card packs:

Our card packs are handmade. Processing time depends on the number of packs in your order:

  • 1–20 packs: 5–7 business days
  • 21+ packs: 10–13 business days

Orders with postcards / stickers are shipped in 2-3 business days.

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
Where do you ship? How is shipping priced?

We are from Canada and we ship worldwide! We work with Canada Post or Chit Chats for both domestic and international shipping.

Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order.
How is my order shipped? Is tracking included?

Canadian customers:

The following shipping options are available:

  • Canada Post Lettermail* - no tracking; 2-6 business days
  • Chit Chats Slim - no full tracking; 3-9 business days
  • Chit Chats Select - full tracking included; 2-13 business days depending on location

For eligible lightweight Canadian orders, free shipping with untracked lettermail* may be available.

* Please note that if you ship with lettermail, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. As lettermails cannot be traced or insured, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for any items that go missing. Also for this reason, PayPal is not available as a payment method when selecting lettermail.

US customers

We partner with Chit Chats / USPS to provide US shipping:

  • Chit Chats U.S. Edge - full tracking included; 3-6 business days
    Duties / tariffs. You will not have to pay for extra duties upon collection.

Estimated delivery days can vary and some exceptions apply.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO military addresses can take longer depending on the transportation available.

International customers

We partner with Chit Chats / PostNL to provide international shipping:

  • Chit Chats International Tracked -full tracking included; 3-5 weeks delivery time depending on location

The customer is responsible to pay duties / tariffs, if any, upon collection.

Rates vary from country to country, please enter your shipping address in the checkout page to see the shipping rate.
How can I track my order?

Tracking availability depends on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. If your chosen service includes tracking, the tracking number will be included there. You can also follow eligible orders through the Shop app.

Chit Chats works by partnering with USPS, PostNL or other carriers for last-mile delivery. On the bottom of Chit Chat's tracking page you can also find tracking links for the partner carrier.
Will I need to pay tariffs for my orders?

For US customers:

Applicable import charges handled as part of the shipping service. Under the current process, U.S. customers
should not need to pay an additional tariff or duty charge when their order is delivered.

Our products receive tariff-free treatment under USMCA. Click here for more information in light of recent changes in US tariff policies.

For international customers:

International orders outside Canada and the United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout, and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery or collection of the shipment.

Import rules and duty thresholds vary by country and can change over time. Please consult your country’s customs authority or other relevant government resources for accurate information.

Card Packs
What is the size of your cards?

Our cards are standard trading-card size: 2.5 × 3.5 inches.
Are the cards handmade?

Yes! Every card is designed, printed, laminated, and trimmed by us in-house. We also hand-assemble the packaging, one pack at a time.
What do you mean by cards with animation?

Every card has a QR code that when you scan it, animations for the card will pull up on your phone!
Can I choose specific cards or order a custom pack?

Card packs are randomized, so we can’t offer single cards, guaranteed custom packs, or requests for specific cards—even through private messages.
Do you sell uncut sheets?

We don’t currently offer uncut sheets. Because each card is individually crafted and finished by hand, they aren’t produced in a format suitable for uncut-sheet sales.
