Order / Shipping Related
How long does it take for you to create your cards?
Once an order is placed, the processing time of your order is based on the order quantity:
- 1-20 packs: 5-7 business days
- 21 packs or more: 10-13 business days
Where do you ship your products? What are your shipping rates and policies?
We are from Canada and we ship worldwide! We work with Canada Post or Chit Chats for both domestic and international shipping.
Canadian customers
Small orders (16 packs or less) are shipped with lettermail with no tracking* by default.
Expedited Parcel and Xpresspost are also available if you are placing larger orders or require tracking.
* Please note that if you ship with lettermail, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. As lettermails cannot be traced or insured, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for any items that go missing. Also for this reason, PayPal is not available as a payment method when selecting lettermail.
US customers
We partner with Chit Chats to provide US Shipping:
- Chit Chats U.S. Edge - 5-22 business days with tracking
Rates are automatically calculated depending on your location. Prepaid tariffs / duties included. You will not have to pay for duties / tariffs upon collection.
International customers
Products are shipped via Canada Post. The following options are available:
- Small Packet International Surface * - 1-3 months depending on location, no tracking (availability varies by country)
- Small Packet International Air * - 6-10 business days, no tracking (availability varies by country)
- Tracked Packet International - 6-10 business days with tracking
- Xpresspost International - 4-7 business days with tracking, fastest service (availability varies by country)
- Discounted Tracked Package option via Chit Chats is also available for selected destinations.
The customer is responsible to pay duties / tariffs, if any, upon collection.

* Please note that if you choose a shipping option without tracking, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. How can I track my order?
Once your item is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent. Within the email you can find the tracking number, if a shipping method with tracking was chosen.
You can also track your order on the Shop App, if you have created a Shop account.
Card Packs
What is the size of your cards?
They are the same as typical trading cards - 2.5" W x 3.5" H.
Do you handmade your cards? How are they produced?
Yes we handmade our cards! That means we design, print, laminate and trim our cards all by ourselves in-house.
Everything from the cards themselves down to the packaging are handcrafted one-by-one.
Can I buy single cards / custom packs / uncut sheets?
All our card packs are completely random, and therefore we are unable to offer single cards or custom guranteed packs, even if you asked privately.
Also, due to the nature of how we make our cards (we craft them one by one!) we are unable to create and sell uncut sheets.
